Users Unable to Log In to Mining Pool

We have identified a UI error in our older mining pool app that presented miners as being offline, while in reality they are online and connected normally. This was just a visual bug, as miners were still connected to the pool and users did not lose any hashrate.
Our newer Mining Pool app was not affected.

This issue has been resolved, and all users should be able to log in and see their miners as active.

Issues preventing users from logging in to the Mining Pool have been resolved. Some users report, once logging in, that their active miners are reporting as being down. Our team continues to evaluate the situation and work to develop a fix. Thank you for your patience. We shall update here shortly.

We’re investigating an issue with the Mining Pool UI that is impacting some user's ability to log in to the Mining Pool.

The team is working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. We’ll share another update shortly.
